Thomas J. Richardson

Thomas Richardson has more than twenty years of financial, and management experience. Before founding Arrowhead, Richardson served in a variety of positions including part owner of another successful mortgage company, and has helped start another. He has been a Loan Officer, Production Manager, and Branch Manager for nationally recognized companies.

He has completed hundreds of hours worth of educational courses in management, operations, commercial and income producing property, underwriting practices, selling and transferring mortgages, FNMA and FHA/VA loans, and customer service and satisfaction.

He is a member of the Board of Realtors, Home Builders, Mortgage Bankers, and the Chamber of Commerce.
